Oakmont Builders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated general building contractor proudly serving Southern California. We believe that great construction begins with communication and collaboration — which is why we work closely with every client to understand their goals, budget, design vision, and project expectations. From concept to completion, our mission is to deliver results that reflect craftsmanship, durability, and long-term value.

Over the years, we recognized a growing need for specialized exterior siding solutions — systems that not only make buildings beautiful, but protect them from fire, weather, energy loss, and long-term maintenance. To meet that need, we created SoCal Siding, a dedicated siding division owned and operated by Oakmont Builders, Inc.

SoCal Siding offers homeowners, builders, and commercial property owners a focused team of exterior-cladding specialists who understand installation, detailing, and performance requirements at a high level. Our crews are trained in James Hardie fiber cement siding, Artisan and Aspyre lines, lap, panel, board-and-batten, shingle textures, fire-resistant assemblies, trim, flashing, and building envelope integration. We combine the resources and project management strength of Oakmont Builders with the precision craftsmanship of a siding-exclusive division — giving clients the best of both worlds.
